Dr. Mihir Kothari MS, DNB, FPOS, Diploma in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus, Wilmer Eye Institute, USA. 18 months fellowship in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus from Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai followed by Diploma in Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus from world-renowned Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Baltimore, USA. He specializes in the management of diverse eye diseases in children viz. strabismus, amblyopia, cataract, glaucoma, nasolacrimal duct obstructions, hereditary eye diseases, congenital malformations and child-hood cancers. He has to his credit many research papers published in international and national journals. He is actively involved in clinical research. Dr. Debraj Shome D.O(Sankara Nethralaya), DNB, MNAMS, FRCS(Glasgow),  ICO(UK),  FLVPEI. Specialization : Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic Surgery,Orbital Diseases and Ocular Oncology. Dr.Debraj Shome, D.O (Sankara Nethralaya), DNB (Ophthalmology), Fellow of Royal College of Surgery (Glasgow), MNAMS, ICO(UK); Fellow, Ophthalmic Plastics, Orbit and Ocular Oncology (L.V.Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad) is an ophthalmologist whose special interest is Ophthalmic and Facial Plastic, Reconstructive and Cosmetic Surgery and Ocular Oncology. He has trained at MoorFields Eye Hospital, London and various centers in U.S.A. He has presented extensively at International and National fora and has published his research articles in various National and International peer-reveiwed journals. He has many awards and grants to his cerdit. Dr. Ruvit Nikam DOMS, FCPS, DNB, MNAMS. Specialization : Phacoemulsification,Microphaco cataract surgery and Multifocal IOL implantation. Dr. Ruvit Nikam has done his DOMS, FCPS, DNB,MNAMS from Grant Medical College Sir.J.J.Group of Hospital, Mumbai. Specialized in Phacoemulsification, Microphaco cataract surgery and Multifocal IOL implantation. Having special interest in Glaucoma and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Vandana Jain M.S(Gold Medalist), DNB, MNAMS, FLVPEI, ICO(UK). Specialization : Cataract,Cornea & Refractive Surgery. Dr.Vandana Jain has done her M.S. in Ophthalmology from Maulana Azad Medical College, Delhi University and she received the Gold Medal for year 2004. She has specialized in Cornea and Anterior Segment at L. V. Prasad Eye Institute, Hyderabad and won the Best Fellow award for year 2005. An academician par excellence, she has  several International and National Publications in peer-reviewed journals and is a firm believer in progress through Clinical Research. She has presented her work at International and National forums. She enriched her experience by visting several Centers in U.S.A and MoorFields Eye Hospital at London. Her special interests are in Ocular Surface and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Anupam Deshpande DNB, DOMS, MNAMS, FGO. Specialization : Cataract,Glaucoma & Refractive Surgery. Dr.Anupam Deshpande has done DNB, Fellowship in General Ophthalmology and Phacomulsification from LIONS NAB Eye Hospital, Miraj.He has also done Fellowship in Glaucoma from Aravind Eye Hospital,Coimbatore.He has done more than 3000 phaco surgeries. He has trained more than 100 ophthalmologists from india and abroad in phacoemulsification and small incission cataract surgeries. Dr. Supriya Dabir M. B. B. S., M.S. Completed M.B.B.S. from MGM Medical College, Mumbai in 2003, MS. (Ophthal) from St John's National Academy of Health Sciences, Bangalore in 2006. She joined AJEH Pvt. Ltd. as a long-term Fellow in Vitreo Retinal Surgery. Dr. Soumen Mondal M. B. B. S., M.S. Completed M.B.B.S. from R G Kar Medical College , Kolkata in 1997, MS. (Ophthal) from Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Kolkata in 2005. He underwent training at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai and Coimbatore, following which he worked as a Medical Officer at Priyamvada Birla Aravind Eye Hospital , Kolkata, in the Retina Clinic. He joined AJEH Pvt. Ltd. as a long-term Fellow in Vitreo Retinal Surgery. Dr. Abhijit Datta M. B. B. S., M.S. Completed M.B.B.S. from R G Kar Medical College , Kolkata in 1997, MS. (Ophthal) from Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Kolkata in 2005. He worked at Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Kolkata as senior resident. He joined AJEH Pvt. Ltd. as a long-term Fellow in Vitreo Retinal Surgery. Dr. Angshuman Mukherjee M. B. B. S., D.O. Completed M.B.B.S. from NIL Ratan Sircar Medical College , Kolkata. D.O. (Ophthal) from Regional Institute of Ophthalmology, Kolkata. He joined AJEH Pvt. Ltd. as a long-term Fellow in Vitreo Retinal Surgery.	Dr. Meghali Bhattacharjee M.S. (Ophthalmology), FCLI. After Completion of MS from Regional Institute of Ophthalmology Gauhati Medical College worked as a Consultant at Pragati Hospital & Research Institute, Assam. Later joined as a Clinical Assistant at Jaslok Hospital, Mumbai. Thereafter joined for a fellowship on Advanced cataract and micro surgery at Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai. Further, got trained for implantation of Contact Lenses at FCLI, Aligarh. Dr Priya Srinivas D O,FRCS (Glasgow),ICO( UK ),FMRF (Chennai) Cornea Fellow - Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai Specialization : Cornea , Cataract , Refractive Surgery. Dr Priya Srinivas completed her post graduation in Ophthalmology from RIOGOH, Chennai in 2004 followed by a 2 year fellowship in Cornea and External diseases in the prestigious Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai . She has worked extensively on various research and clinical  projects during her tenure in Sankara Nethralaya. She is the Consultant , Cornea and Anterior Segment, of the Thane satellite clinic of AJEH. Her fields of interest are Lamellar Corneal surgeries and Ocular Surface reconstruction. Dr. Kiran Shah M. B. B. S. , F. C. P. S. (Med), Dip. Diabetology Consultant Physician and Diabetologist. Trained from Department of Endocrinology Seth G. S. Medical College and King Edward Memorial Hospital over a period of five years. I have had a vast experience in Diabetes and its related complication. His field of interest is Diabetic Retinopathy, Nephropahty, Cardio Diabetes and Diabetes in Children and Diabetic. Member of RSSDI, Diabetic Foot Society of India (DFSI), Diabetes India, Mayo. 	Dr. N. S. Sundaram , Academic Head M.B.B.S.,Madras Medical College (University of Madras), 1955. D.O. (University of Madras), 1957. M.S. (Ophthalmology), 1970 Dr. N. S. Sundaram Ophthalmologist did his MBBS from Chennai in 1955, he completed D.O in 1957 and joined Madras Medical Service, he completed his M.S. in Ophthalmology from Chennai in 1970, and he worked as Prof of Ophthalmology in Madras Medical College. In 1984, he became Director; Regional Institute of Ophthalmology Dept and retired on Jan 1987. He taught Bachelor of Optometry at Kanchi medical college for 2 semesters. Taken lecture at Idel Institute chennai for 3 years, Diploma in Optometry, BSC Degree in Optometry, Ophthalmic Assistant Course - attached to Agriculture University in Ahemdabad. Ophthalmic Nursing for 1 year at Rajan Eye Care Hospital.
	Mr. Arun. M . Vasa Graduate in Micro - Biology and also completed Optometry from London college of Optometry. He also underwent advanced contact lens training from University of Aston in Birmingham. He was also Secretary of Indian Contact Lens Society for five consecutive years and was an office bearer of Bombay Optometric Society. He was also the past President of the Retail Optical and Contact Lens practitioner's Association.
	Dr. Kishore Bhandary Completed his Optometry training from the senior batch of Optometrists of the School of Optometry, Municipal Eye Hospital, Mumbai. He also holds a Doctorate in Ayurvedic medicine from Mumbai University. He is a member of the National Keratoconus Foundation & Member of International Association of Contact Lens Educators, British Contact Lens Association.
	Mr. Sujay Suresh Dangi Graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from University of Mumbai. He has Completed his Optpmetry training from school of Optometry, Municipal Eye Hospital. He has been a Contact Lens Educator fro the Ophthalmic Assistants programme at S.N.D.T. University. He was also an external examiner for the school of Optometry, Municipal Eye Hospital. He is also member of British Contact Lens Association, Fellow of the Royal Society of Health, London and member of National Society for the Prevention of Blindness.
